Case study · Equifax

From automated decks to enterprise platforms.

The details stay internal. The shape of it doesn't.

  1. Automated the deck. Disconnected Aha and Jira instances became one source of truth, and the executive deck started building itself.
  2. Connected the systems. APIs feeding centralized reporting the organization runs on, instead of copies that drift.
  3. Built the platforms. Apps Script web apps used organization-wide for AI adoption, business cases, release roadmaps, key deal roadmaps, and sales roadmaps by vertical and segment.
  4. Put AI in the loop. Vertex AI grades every artifact. Approved work flows through Aha into Jira, which orchestrates the agents that turn it into user stories and carry it through to release.
  5. Adopted as the standard across the ~$2.08B segment, and epic-level commitment delivery rose from 60% to 85%.

What I run

The operating model, end to end.

AI STRATEGY · VERTEX AI

AI workflows in production

Helping shape the company's AI strategy, and running it: grading engines on Vertex AI and agents that carry approved work from idea to release.

Apps Script web apps on connected APIs: adoption, business cases, release and deal roadmaps, and sales roadmaps with context for each vertical and segment.

LAUNCH GOVERNANCE

Every go/no-go, aligned

Product, marketing, sales, legal and finance aligned before the decision. On-time launches went from 40% to 90%.

ANNUAL PLANNING

A cadence others adopted

Owned planning and the business case for my function inside a $481M capex cycle. Peer planning leads took the cadence as their own.

ORG DESIGN

A function, built from zero

Pitched and built the PMO that grew into Product Operations, now run through a team of senior directors.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Dashboards leaders actually use

Live, not end-of-quarter. Teams keep the data current because leadership is watching in real time.

Let's talk about what's next.

If you're building something that needs an operator who ships, I'd like to hear about it.
